Terms and Conditions

1. Nature of Service The services provided, including the Africa Relocation Readiness Diagnostic, Executive Dossiers, and Strategy Sessions, are for informational and advisory purposes only. We provide strategic "Decision Intelligence" to assist in relocation planning; however, final financial and legal decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.

2. Intellectual Property & License All proprietary materials, including the "Zero-Loss" protocols, Appendix toolkits, and Country Intelligence Addenda, are the intellectual property of the consultancy.

• Single-User License: Purchase of a $149 Executive Dossier grants a non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only.

• Prohibited Use: Redistribution, resale, or public broadcasting of these proprietary frameworks is strictly prohibited.

3. No Legal or Financial Guarantee While we prioritize accuracy and "Technical Uptime" in our reporting:

• Market Fluctuations: Real estate pricing, inflation rates (e.g., Ghana's 3.8% drop), and currency pegs are subject to change by sovereign central banks.

• Legal Outcomes: We provide the roadmap for residency (e.g., Benin’s Law No. 2024-31 or Kenya’s Class N Permit), but the final issuance of visas or citizenship is at the sole discretion of the respective governments.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• .1 Digital Intelligence Products ($149 – $299)

  • Policy: All sales are final.

  • Rationale: Due to the immediate delivery of proprietary intellectual property (Executive Dossiers and Appendix Toolkits), digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been generated.

  4.2 Strategic Advisory Sessions ($497)

  • Cancellation Window: 3 Business Days (72 Hours).

  • Terms: Rescheduling or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours prior to the session.

  • Late Cancellation: Requests made within the 72-hour window will incur a 50% administrative fee to cover pre-session research and lost availability. No-shows are non-refundable.

  4.3 Premium Relocation Packages ($3,500+)

  • Cancellation Window: 7 Business Days.

  • Terms: These comprehensive packages involve significant resource hold and pre-consultation logistics. Formal notice of cancellation is required at least 7 business days prior to the project start date.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations within the 7-day window are subject to a 25% "Resource Hold" fee. If the initial intake and customized research phase have already commenced, the fee increases to 50% to account for professional hours expended.

5. Professional Conduct & "Zero-Loss" Integrity We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity whose objectives conflict with our standards of business transparency or consumer safety. We do not facilitate or advise on "gray market" workarounds or unverified legal bypasses.

6. Limitation of Liability The consultancy shall not be held liable for any financial loss, property disputes, or immigration delays resulting from the use of our advisory materials. We strongly recommend all clients utilize the Retained Bilingual Support and Notary Verification protocols outlined in our Appendices before executing long-term contracts.
